Opening Aircall

Open the Start menu, type "Aircall," and click the application to launch it.

Transferring Calls

  1. Click Transfer
  2. Type the name of the person you want to transfer to
  3. Choose “Talk first” or “Transfer now”
    1. "Talk first" - This allows you to speak with the person you're transferring to before sending the call.
    2. "Transfer now" - This immediately transfers the call without allowing you to speak with the recipient first.

Outbound Number

When making a call, you'll see a dropdown menu displaying all phone numbers associated with your account. Note: This primarily applies to CCG and Onboarding staff members.

Notes

During a call, you can add notes directly within the call interface. These notes will be visible in the call history when you view the specific call record.
