Going forward, all IT help desk tickets should be submitted directly to eyeNET Security.
The preferred method is through the IT app on your computer. However, if you’re unable to access the app due to an issue with your device, you can also email or call eyeNET Security directly.
Note: There’s a sticker on the bottom of your laptop with a 4-digit ID number—this sticker also includes eyeNET Security’s phone number in case you’re unable to access your computer at all and need immediate support.
Instructions for submitting a ticket through the IT app are outlined below, along with eyeNET Security’s contact information.

This is the preferred method for submitting tickets, as it automatically includes helpful details about your computer, which allows eyeNET Security to assist you more quickly.
Click the IT
icon in your task tray (bottom-right corner of your screen).
Select Log Ticket
Choose Help me with an issue.
, then follow the prompts to select the type of issue
If you're not sure which option to pick, just choose the closest match, you'll still have a chance to describe the problem in your own words.
Enter a brief description of the issue and attach any relevant screenshots or images, then click Log Ticket
to submit
